Every plan includes a monthly WhatsApp message allowance:
Your monthly allowance does not roll over. Unused included credits reset at the start of each billing period. Top-up credits you buy are different, they stay in your account forever until you use them.

Top-up packs

Need more? Buy a one-time top-up pack. Unlike the monthly allowance, top-up credits you buy stay with you forever until used (they never expire or reset). Prices are in MYR. EzFlow is not SST-registered, so no SST is charged.
EzFlow always spends your monthly allowance first, then your purchased credits, so the credits that would otherwise expire get used before the ones you paid for.

How credits are spent

Never run out mid-reminder. Keep a buffer of credits so reminders keep flowing - they’re your #1 defence against no-shows. You’ll see your balance in the dashboard and can top up before you run low.
