EzFlow turns a completed booking or class into a professional invoice, lets your customer pay online, and issues a receipt with automatic numbering throughout.
EzFlow never touches your money. Every business collects into its own payment account. Funds settle directly to your bank, the next business day. EzFlow is not a Merchant of Record and does not hold, pool, or process your funds. We provide the mechanism that helps you get paid, nothing more.

How online payments work

Online payments run through Billplz, using your own Billplz account. You create a free Billplz account, then paste your keys into EzFlow. From then on, customers can pay your invoices online and the money goes straight to you.

Copy your keys

Copy your API Secret Key and X-Signature Key from Billplz.

Paste them into EzFlow

Settings → Payments → Connect Billplz. Choose who pays the processing fee.
After you register with Billplz, log in to your Billplz account and finish it properly. Complete every detail Billplz asks for and finish their bank verification. Billplz only releases money to a verified bank account. If your Billplz profile or bank details are incomplete, your customers can still pay, but the money will not reach your bank account. Do this before you send your first invoice.

Processing fee

Online banking (FPX) payments carry a flat RM 2.75 per transaction. The processing fee covers our platform fee plus the processor fee. In Settings → Payments you choose who pays it: absorb it yourself, or pass it on to your customer at checkout.
EzFlow supports direct B2C collection only (a business collecting from its own customers). We do not offer B2B FPX channels on the business side.

What Billplz is, and its channels

Think of Billplz as a payment provider (like a TV provider that carries many channels). Under Billplz there are several payment channels: When you register with Billplz, only Online Banking (FPX) is switched on by default, and that is exactly what EzFlow supports right now. If you later want other channels on your account, you contact Billplz directly and ask them to activate that channel for you.

”Can my customer pay with a credit card?”

Two separate things are involved: Billplz (the provider) and Online Banking / FPX (the channel). Billplz uses FPX to process the payment, and FPX has partner banks. Some of those banks, for example CIMB and HSBC, let the customer choose a credit card as the funding source inside FPX, and some don’t. So yes, a customer can sometimes end up paying by credit card, but only because their own bank offers that option within FPX. EzFlow does not control this and does nothing on the card side - we only provide the mechanism that facilitates the payment. If EzFlow adds card support as a mechanism in future, you would still need to apply directly with Billplz to activate it on your account.

Payment questions? Ask Billplz

The invoice lifecycle

If an invoice goes past due, EzFlow flags it as Overdue and sends a reminder automatically. Invoices and receipts are numbered automatically, and every recorded payment produces a receipt the customer can keep.

Quotes & estimates

Send a quote for jobs that need a price first (repairs, photography, custom work). An accepted quote converts straight into a booking or invoice, with no re-typing.
