Trial → Enrollment - EzFlow Help Center

Turning a happy trial student into a paying course member. There is a dedicated “Convert” path - no re-typing the student.

Operator journey

Class Roster page → open the trial (it shows Done/confirmed) → Convert to [Course] → the enrolment dialog opens pre-filled (student attached) → pick Program / Tier / plan → Create.

What carries over

Item	Carries over?	Detail
Sessions	No	The enrollment starts with the full session count.
Trial payment	No	The trial fee is separate; it is not credited/discounted.
Trial attendance	No	Whether they attended the trial or not, the course starts fresh.
Re-conversion	Blocked	One trial converts once. A repeat conversion is refused.

One conversion only The convert action is idempotent - if a trial has already been converted, EzFlow blocks a second conversion so you never double-enroll a student.
