When you create an enrollment you choose how it’s paid.

Full vs Installments

  • Full: one payment for the whole course.
  • Installments: the total is split into rows (typically one per month). You set the count, and the first payment can be Equal (total ÷ N) or Custom (a larger deposit, rest split evenly).

The pending-payment hold

An installment enrollment only becomes Active once the first payment is recorded. Until then it sits on hold and the student can’t be booked into classes.

First payment recorded

The enrollment is Active. All recurring classes are booked and the student can attend.

No payment yet

The enrollment is on hold. The student can’t be booked into any class until you record a payment.

Recording payments

For each installment: Record Payment logs it, marks it paid, and sends a receipt automatically. You can Upload proof (bank slip) to each row for your audit trail, or Waive an installment (scholarship/goodwill) to stop reminders without taking a payment.
Every payment produces a receipt Each recorded payment produces a receipt with its own number - the customer gets it on WhatsApp.
