An enrollment is a paid course with many sessions. Sessions are tracked as credits.
Only you can create an enrollment - there’s no public self-enrol for paid courses (the public
“Enrol now” form only captures a lead).
Operator journey
Enrollments page → Enrol [Student] → pick / add Student → pick Program → pick Tier
(Monthly / 3-month / 6-month) → choose plan: Full or Installments → (installments)
set count + first-payment Equal or Custom → tick Payment received / Deposit if collected → Create.
When you create it, EzFlow automatically: creates the enrollment, grants the sessions, books
all recurring class slots, builds the installment schedule (if any), and sends the Program
Welcome message.
No payment, no classes
If you pick Installments but don’t tick that you got the first payment, the student is put
on hold and can’t be booked into any class until you record a payment. It simply stops you
giving classes before you’ve been paid.
