This tab answers one question: did the messages actually land, and did anyone care. It shows totals across everything you have sent, and points you to each campaign’s own report so you can compare a promotion that worked against one that did not.
The Insights tab with the three rate tiles badged 1, the Delivery breakdown card badged 2 and the Weekly activity chart badged 3
1. The three tiles. Delivery, Read and Reply, each as a percentage with the raw count underneath. 2. Delivery breakdown. Every message you have sent, split into Read, Delivered, Pending and Failed. Under the ring are your total recipients, replies and failures. 3. Weekly activity. Messages sent, delivered and replied to, week by week, so you can see when you were busy and whether replies followed. Further down are Top campaigns, your best campaigns by reply rate, and Opt-in growth, the number of new customers who agreed to receive marketing each week.

What the numbers mean

These stack up in order. Nobody can read a message that was never delivered, and nobody replies to one they did not read. So when a number looks bad, always start from the top of the table and work down.

Reading the results

Low delivered. The problem is the list, not the message. Wrong numbers, disconnected numbers, or people who blocked you. Clean up your customer records. Delivered fine but low read. The message arrived and nobody opened it. That is the first line of your template. WhatsApp shows a preview, so if the opening words are dull or look like an advert, people swipe past. Read fine but no replies. People saw it and did nothing. Either the offer is not interesting, or you did not tell them clearly what to do next. Add a button, or end with a plain question. Failed messages. Credits for a failed message are refunded automatically, so a failure costs you nothing except the chance. A few failures in a big campaign are normal. Many failures means a bad list or a number in trouble, and the health panel in Settings will usually say which.

One campaign at a time

For a single campaign, open it from the Campaigns list, or choose View stats from its row menu. Its report shows the same five counters, the rates, where people dropped off, and a row for every recipient. See Campaigns.
A single campaign's report with counters, rates and drop-off bars
Compare campaigns, not single numbers. A 40 per cent read rate means nothing on its own. It means a great deal next to your last campaign’s 25 per cent. Send similar campaigns at similar times and change one thing at a time, and this tab starts telling you what your customers actually respond to.
